Mizuno's new Enerzy Nxt Midsole provides an extremely soft and cushioned experience. The foam gives extra comfort with every step, whilst the full-length fibre-reinforced nylon Mizuno Wave Plate gives a more responsive experience, designed for speed.
The Neo Vista comes with a X-10 Rubber outsole, which is made from an extremely durable carbon rubber, which helps to provide grip and traction so you can run with confidence.

This review is based on an experience with the Mizuno Neo Vista Mens Road Running Shoes
One of my favourite and most versatile shoes to run in at the moment. It's got a secure fit from the sock upper, has a really nice underfoot feel with a responsive/soft foam, and a smooth ride with a plastic plate that doesn't feel intrusive.
I have found this shoe copes with all distances having done shorter tempo runs, all the way up to marathon distance.
