Luckily, Footwear & Gear Cleaner is easy to use and will remove dirt and odours from all footwear and outdoor gear.
It has multiple uses, which is why we love this handy bottle. Whether you have a jacket that needs to be spot-cleaned, a dirty rucksack that isn’t machine washable or some shoes that have been on one too many adventures to be left any longer, this product is ideal for you.
You might ask why you can’t simply hand wash these items, well, you can but we really wouldn’t recommend it as immersing them in regular laundry detergents or washing up liquid might inhibit your gear’s technical features. This cleaner is specifically formulated to gently remove dirt, grime and odours from specialist materials and won’t damage any existing water-repellency. It’s also great for preparing footwear for fresh waterproofing treatments and this is why you’ll find it paired with our Footwear Repel in our handy Footwear Care Kit.

HOW TO USE
- If cleaning footwear, remove shoelaces before cleaning (if required, these can be washed separately).
- Brush off any loose dirt or debris.
- Spray directly onto the areas you wish to clean, before wiping off with a wet, clean cloth.
- Allow to dry naturally.
UK Shipping
FREE standard tracked shipping on all UK orders over £75. For orders under £75, standard tracked delivery is from £2.99 (approx. 3–5 working days), express tracked from £3.99 (approx. 1–2 working days), and premium next-day options are available at checkout. UK shipping covers England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Store Collection
Click & Collect is available from our stores for FREE. Your chosen store will contact you when your order is ready to collect (please allow up to 7 days).
European & International Shipping
Tracked European delivery starts from £9.99 (approx. 5–10 working days depending on country). Rest of World tracked delivery starts from £19.99 with timings varying by destination. Additional courier options (including FedEx) are available at checkout where supported.
USA Shipping
We are currently unable to ship to the United States. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Customs & Extra Charges
Some larger items may incur extra delivery fees, and international orders may be subject to customs or import charges which are the responsibility of the customer.

This policy applies only to purchases made on motirunning.com. Items must be returned in original, resellable condition with tags and packaging.
Christmas Returns
Orders placed between 1 Nov–25 Dec 2025 qualify for exchanges until 5 Jan 2026. Refund terms remain unchanged.
How to Return
Request a return through your online account within 14 days of receipt. Once approved, follow the email instructions and return using a tracked service (postage at your cost) within 14 days of making the request. Do not attach labels directly to shoe/boot boxes.
Store Returns
Some items may be returned to a Moti Running store with advance notice and printed proof of purchase. Stores cannot issue refunds; they only confirm receipt for our returns team.
Refunds
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you need a refund. Items must be returned within a further 14 days. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Free Gifts & Offers
Refunds require all promotional items to be returned. Exchanges for size require only the size-exchange item; exchanges for different items require all offer items returned.
Clearpay / Klarna
Refunds are issued back to your Clearpay or Klarna account. These orders cannot be returned in stores.
Gift Vouchers / Credit Notes
Refunds are returned to the original voucher or credit note.
Faulty Goods
Contact us before returning faulty items. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, refunds or replacements will follow Consumer Rights Act 2015 guidelines.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
