Altra Experience Flow Womens Running Shoes

I've been wearing barefoot shoes for a while and wanted to try some foot shaped running trainers without such a huge drop. I saw this style of altra has a 4mm drop rather than their usual 0 so thought I'd try that as a start. I've found the pretty comfy, worn them 3 or 4 times already, no problems so far. Have done around 7km each time in them and expected maybe some arch pain or something but so far so good. The heel has a comfy pad, no rubbing or movement once you get the tightness of the laces right. Plenty of room in the toe box as expected, i could feel a bit of pressure on the inside of my arch near the heel and was worried it might cause pain but seems to be ok so far. I've gone from the nivablast 4 to these with no problems 😁 would definitely recommend giving them a try if your looking for some shoes to actually fit your feet
