The latest HOKA Speedgoat 7 introduces an upgraded supercritical foam midsole, creating a more responsive and balanced ride while retaining the protective cushioning needed for longer trail runs. Its platform is designed to feel composed across uneven terrain, helping runners maintain control as the trail becomes steeper, rockier or less predictable.

Underfoot, Vibram® Megagrip with Traction Lug provides the aggressive bite that has become central to the Speedgoat series, delivering dependable traction across dry, wet and rocky surfaces. A refined upper with a dynamic vamp also improves lockdown, while integrated gaiter compatibility adds another option for challenging trail conditions.

The HOKA Speedgoat 6 remains a strong choice for technical trail running, combining responsive cushioning with Vibram® Megagrip traction, a lightweight woven upper and an internal support chassis for secure foot lockdown. Its trail-focused construction makes it well suited to everything from regular off-road training to longer adventures over varied terrain.
