A great short for easy runs or more strenuous tempo or interval sessions. Fit true to size. The inner short is supportive without being too tight and the pockets on both legs are large enough to accommodate a large phone. The contents of the pockets were held secure, didn't move, and were hardly noticeable. There is also a zip pocket on the back of the outer shorts. - Chris
