Shoes for HYROX
HYROX demands more from your footwear than a standard road race. With 8 x 1km runs broken up by stations including SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls, the right shoe needs to feel smooth and efficient on the run while still giving you the grip, stability and confidence to handle every station. This collection brings together running shoes suited to HYROX training and race day, helping you find a pair that can balance cushioning, support, traction and turnover across the full event.
Whether you want a more cushioned option for comfort through training, a supportive shoe for extra control under fatigue, or a lighter, faster-feeling model for race day, you’ll find HYROX-friendly picks here from leading run brands. Popular models in this collection include the Saucony Endorphin Azura, Saucony Endorphin Speed, New Balance FuelCell Rebel, Brooks Ghost, Brooks Hyperion Max, HOKA Mach, ASICS Magic Speed, ASICS Metaspeed Edge Tokyo, ASICS Novablast, Saucony Ride, Mizuno Wave Rider and Mizuno Wave Skyrise.
- Choose cushioned trainers for comfort across HYROX training blocks and the repeated 1km run sections.
- Choose stable, supportive options if you want more control for sled work, lunges, carries and wall balls.
- Choose lighter, more responsive shoes if you want to push the run segments harder on race day.
